Layton Davis has been cleared for play for the Blue Tornado this coming Fall. Paducah Tilghman already has plenty of weapons returning from its championship game run in ’21. His addition puts the Blue Tornados in an entirely different conversation in our very humble opinion. Enjoy the feature. HB.

@KG5473 (Keegan Gulley) from @brossart_fball is almost sure to breakout onto the scene this coming season. @kyhighs @minguabeefjerky @PrepSpin @1776Bank @HLPreps @MaxPreps @MaxPreps @BrossartATC @therealjedmart

Brossart had a wonderful season a season ago which culminated in 12-wins, a trip to the Regional Final, and a player selected All-State for the first time in program history. Might Gulley be the next all-stater? He might at that. Enjoy the feature. HB.

Young offensive linemen can be hard to evaluate. Lots of times the frame is all on which we have to go. Well, this young man has plenty of height, weight, and length. He is athletic and his athletic skills will only increase as he matures. If he gets after it in the weight room, we believe you may be looking at Kentucky’s top offensive lineman in his graduating class. He has all the attributes God can give a young man, now he needs to take care of that over which he has the control. Enjoy this feature. HB.

TaShawn McBroom had a really fine freshman year as the head football coach in Buckner, Kentucky at Oldham County High. The Colonels finished 8-3 and look to improve on that effort this coming season. It will start with the articulation of young talent from off the JV roster onto the varsity team. Caleb Wheeldon is one new addition to the varsity play rotation we believe will be counted on more and more as the year progresses. Enjoy this feature. HB.

There is a lot about this young man’s game which recommends him to next level scouts. First and foremost, that 3.7 GPA he sports in Honors classes is stellar. Secondly, his work in the weight room recommends him highly. He is the kind of guy we relish rewarding at both Mingua Beef Jerky and at KPGFootball. Congratulations and don’t forget to pick up a few bags of our one-of-a-kind beef jerky products to #savortheflavor! HB.

The clock is striking ’12’ for Corbin’s Ethan Gregory (’24). @MDGregory32 @CorbinFootball @sansann03 @minguabeefjerky @KyHighs @HLPreps @KyHighFootball @1776Bank @MaxPreps @ErikRichardsUSA @Eregory3222 @PrepSpin

This prospect has been likened to Wandale Robinson. We watch him and believe him to be more of a Jay Becherer clone. Regardless, he is likened to two exceptional former high school players both of whom flourished in college. We believe before it is said and done, this kid here will do likewise. He is certainly putting in the work. Enjoy the feature. HB.

This is a program which has been fluttering. However, it is also a 6A program which has plenty of talent on hand to compete vigorously with its District 1 opponents if combed and recruited to the roster with sufficient zeal. Toren Redmond is the type of athlete which has to find the field on Friday Nights. We think this Fall will be his coming out party. Enjoy the feature. HB.

When you get to Kentucky 4A, that is the first class generally denoted as “Big Boy Football” within the commonwealth. For instance, players playing two-ways or “iron man football” at the 4A level or higher gets increasingly rare. Here is our best guess concerning how this classification shakes out this coming season. Enjoy! HB.

We are ramping up toward the start of the ’22 season. No one is more excited than KPGFootball or the Mingua Beef Jerky Company. Brandon Hollis is a kid from whom we expect a huge performance over his senior season. He certainly has all the intangibles to strike it big this upcoming season. Enjoy this look at a DB/ATH about whom you will continually hear going forward and don’t forget to pick up a few bags of our one-of-a-kind beef jerky products to #savortheflavor! HB.
