We generally go back and republish some articles during the Dead Period. This is the last day of Dead Period and it is full throttle to the opener from here until opening weekend. We are excited about what has been a thrilling offseason. We have accomplished quite a lot this offseason not the least of which has been our publishing the most decorated and distributed book on the topic of Kentucky High School football in Kentucky history. We are very gratified about the book, “Kentucky’s All-Time, High School Football Coaches & A Few More I Liked,” as it has spent a considerable amount of time on the “Amazon” International “Best Sellers’s List” in the categories of “Football,” “Football Coaching,” and “Football Biographies.” Enjoy this flashback to one of our favorite former players.
