We are at the win or go home point in the career of these seniors across the commonwealth. There will be a point in the not too distant future where we will stop featuring ’23’s to highlight the classes who will compete again next season in this seemingly endless merry-go-round. Much like a closer in baseball, the place kicker has it all on the line before his number is called oftentimes. Okay, Central wanted to win Friday night and wanted to knot its regular season record at 5-5 instead of the 4-6 finish it has experienced. All of that is true. However, there is a component of “next year” in every football program and a constant forward progression which must occur. There are lots of things to which to look forward if you are a Storm-watcher. One of those is the brilliant and composed play of its very young, freshman QB and heir-apparent to the keys to a potent offensive attack. Enjoy the feature. HB.
