Well, summer practice kicked off for high schools across Tennessee and Kentucky as the 2018 season will be here quicker than you think. One of the important things about any game is to work hard to get better to achieve the team goal, while still remembering that it is a game and one needs to stop and smell the roses along the way too. One team which took a break from the rigors of the summer heat was defending State finalist, the Springfield Yellow Jackets. Coach Dustin Wilson appears to have found the right formula for attracting the right players from out of the hallway and onto the roster as the Yellow Jackets look poised to make another deep run. They also look equally prepared to take a plunge into a river or two while they are at it.
