We thought we would head on over to the Derby City and catch up with one of our favorite RBs on one of our favorite teams. Parker Rudolph (’26) is a RB prospect who has the speed, power, and explosion (twitch) to play free or strong safety at the next level too. He can return kicks, punts, work the slot catching the ball, and use his backend separation speed and spacial quicks to gain a ton of after contact yardage. At Big Ass Fans, we reach out and impact all parts of Kentucky, large or small, wherever we are needed. Parker Rudolph is having a fine season particularly for a 1A RB on an undefeated, contending football team, so we thought we would honor him today. We are going to have to start calling them the “Heartbreak Wildcats” pretty soon if things don’t start trending differently. Trigg County has dropped consecutive, one-point defeats to the toughest of competition under very strange and almost lightening-striking-ish type situations. Still, the play the team is getting from its sophomore QB is extraordinary. Cade Scott is a superlatively good, three sport, varsity athlete who excels at FB (QB), basketball (SG), and baseball (OF/LHP). He is completing nearly 75% of his passing attempts and putting the offense in situations where it should and, often has, thrived. Enjoy this feature on this wonderfully gifted and talented young football star.

Not all games are played on Friday Nights. Increasingly, games are being showcased on Saturdays and even Thursdays. Hoptown is entertaining a public school from Chicago, Illinois tonight. It is the Prosser Career Academy and the Falcons enter the game 1-0 on the young season. Hoptown (1-1) looks to be more than the Falcons can handle on paper at least and we like the Tigers by a sizable margin over the visiting team from Chi-Town.
