Centre and Sewanee renewed what has to be the oldest rivalry in the SAA if not the entire NCAA, Division III. This newest entry in the series was an exciting one and a game where Centre’s execution began to look like it has to look for Centre to be ready for the challenges which lie ahead. Got an inquiry about a Jared Gobin and put out some feelers to my Western Kentucky correspondents about him. What I got back made me curious as to why we don’t hear more about him. Seems to me he is putting up All-State type numbers and, in the class room, he’s an ivy-leaguer. This kid will be signed and will play next level if he wants to, that I promise you.
