Like we have done in prior seasons, now the games are finally here, we will take the last week’s action and break it down and then look at the road ahead. We had a slight misstep on the road at Fort Campbell this past Friday night and return home to face one of the best 1A teams in the commonwealth of Kentucky, Kentucky Country Day from Louisville. Some predictions age better than others. We wrote an article about this prospect in May of 2024. In that article we predicted this kid, who had an athletic frame and bounce, would have a “break out season.” He did just that. The Storm have a huge mountain to climb Friday night as it travels to Badgett Stadium, cross town, to play a red hot Maroons team from North-Hopkins. North is 2-0 and ranked the 22nd best football team in Kentucky regardless of classification. We’re not sure there has ever been a Maroon’s team more highly regarded. We will break down this matchup and some of the personnel which will factor into the outcome. Enjoy the feature.

This guy has a Hudl page but no highlights. Doing an exhaustive search for him online we came away with nothing. This guy needs a feature just to give him some online identity. We hear Mattox Allen is a good-looking athlete with plenty of skill set to find the field over the course of his sophomore season.
