Lajuan McAdoo, whose name we have seen spelled “MacAdoo” is this week’s Independence Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week. He just finished his freshman year at Madisonville North-Hopkins and figures to be prominently featured this coming season. Good thing he can really ball! Join us next week when we feature another fine prospect.
In a departure from our customary Revolutionary Player of the Week, we thought it would be cool to award a Player of the Year for 2019 from out of the areas serviced by Independence Bank, the fastest growing bank in the commonwealth of Kentucky. We can’t imagine a player who meant more to the offensive production of his team than this season’s recipient, Jeriah Hightower of Madisonville North-Hopkins. We will get back to designating players of the week next week, but for now, enjoy this article about a kid who really came through for his team for much longer than one week.
There is no better time than the present to anoint another Independence Bank player of the week. Independence Bank is proud to sponsor a weekly article highlighting players in the areas where Independence Bank flourishes who embody the same type of revolutionary service to their respective football teams which has made Independence Bank unique and special in the banking industry. This week’s recipient is a player who is a coveted and talented front-line star for the Maroons from Madisonville North-Hopkins. His efforts really make the Maroons’ offense roll. Join us next week as we award this to another worthy recipient.
Got an inquiry about a Jared Gobin and put out some feelers to my Western Kentucky correspondents about him. What I got back made me curious as to why we don’t hear more about him. Seems to me he is putting up All-State type numbers and, in the class room, he’s an ivy-leaguer. This kid will be signed and will play next level if he wants to, that I promise you. Enjoy the article about Madisonville North-Hopkins’ fine DE, Class of 2020, Jared Gobin.
Congratulations to Marquise Parker for being this week’s Independence Bank Revolutionary Player of the Week. Join us next week for another selection.
