We are finishing this series with our preseason top 5 in the 6A classification. There are some teams missing here which will surprise some folks. We have sort of gone out on a limb here, but we are gamblers what can we say? Anyway, this is how we see it. Feel free to discuss amongst yourselves. HB.
We had another big week and so did these guys we have featured in this weekly series. This week we feature 27-current stars, one coach, and two teams among the performances “singled out.” We believe one of these guys is very likely to win the Mingua Beef Jerky Award this Wednesday. We know this…there isn’t a bad choice in this entire article. Enjoy this look at some of the very fine performances we saw this past Friday night. HB.
This is the final installment of our Preseason Top-5s for each of Kentucky’s 6-classifications. If you think this is easy, then sit right down and write 30-features defending each of the 30-teams you believe to be the best returning in ’21 from a year ago. It takes a ton of time and effort. Here is a superstar who has already found the top of the leader board in numerous statistical categories for Louisville St. Xavier’s defensive unit in ’20 while only a sophomore. Guess what, he played as a freshman too, something which “never happens” to hear people talk. This kid here will be a household word across Kentucky before the coming season has expired. If we learn to spell “Panariello” all of our collective IQs will increase too. Won’t that be swell? Join us again next week as we crown another lucky Revolutionary Player of the Week. HB.
