It is that time of year. It is time to start figuring which teams, entering the ’25 season, figure to factor in the title chase. We have detailed what we think here and it is based on our study of the incoming, ’25 rosters, what players return, what players graduated, and other various factors we have perfected through the years to render such predictions. We had done this for all six (6) classifications as this is our sixth such article posted and published. We hope you enjoyed this series. Jack James has set all kinds of “All Time” quarterbacking records during his time at Tilghman High in Paducah, Kentucky. This past Friday night, James was on fire. James completed 22 of his 35-passing attempts, for 309-yards passing, and 4-TDs through the air with one coming on the ground. What kind of night was it? It was a Jerky-worthy performance. Jack James is one of Kentucky’s very best at the QB position especially in the ’25 graduating class. He is already his schools all-time TD thrower and Hunter Cantwell played at PTHS. What James did last Friday night is the type production you’re lucky to get on a video game. Here is our best guess at the five best teams heading into the ’22 season in the 3A classification. We were right on the money a year ago picking Belfry to win and Paducah to make the final game.
