It is definitely “crunch time” around Morton’s Gap. This is win or play basketball time in District 1. What makes this district so hard is the fact there are five good football teams, with Union perhaps elite, vying for 4-seats on the bus. The music is about to stop playing. Cooper Jones hasn’t played a ton of football at the varsity level, YET! That doesn’t mean he won’t. Matter of fact, we think this guy challenges this coming Fall camp at both guard slots as well as at center. He’s got some ground to make up; but, if he is diligent, he can demonstrate the same type revolutionary performance which has made Independence Bank stand out in Kentucky financial service’s market.
