The season is literally a week or so from commencement. It is going to be an exciting season like it generally is. There are tons of questions abound as the beginning to 2026 looms. One of those is how profound of a performance may we expect from one of Western Kentucky’s brightest and more versatile stars? Ryder Sandidge has a different gear. If you have ever seen him play, you know what we are describing. Just when you think you have pulled even with Ryder, and are about to overtake him, he hits “that gear” and you are left grasping for a ghost, trying to corral that which is no longer there.
