Associated Press weekly top-10 football poll.
Here is the second to last AP poll for the rather messed up football season which will forever be known as the “COVID-2020 Season.” Next week will be the last poll we publish. There are so few teams playing this week, we could probably just publish it now.
Okay, here is 2019’s final weekly poll by the Associated Press. Again this year, it was an inestimable privilege and honor to represent our readers and subscribers as voters in the weekly poll. We strove to represent you both well and sought to legitimately use both our knowledge and expertise pertaining to Kentucky High School football to cast the vote responsibly. We plan to be back voting in this same poll again in 2020, God willing. HB.
We are proud to represent our subscribers and readers as enrolled media members with the Associated Press. Owing to that, we strive to lead the other media members by being among the first in the press corp to submit its ballot each and every week. This is not the official poll; however, this is who KPGFootball has voted this week. This is pay-walled as the only people entitled to criticize how we exercise this privilege are the consumers whose fees paid to us permit us to participate.

We are proud to represent our readers and subscribers of KPGFootball as voting members of Kentucky’s Press Corp. As such, we feel honor bound to represent you each week by voting in the AP HS Kentucky football poll. We were one of 17 media members who voted this week. Here is the “Official” Top 10 poll for each classification.
Every weekend, we are notified by the Associated Press as to the results, from over the weekend, of the respective six classification’s top-10. In other words, who won and who lost among Kentucky’s highest rated football teams in each classification. As a service to our subscribers, we have begun publishing the information so as to pass it along to our subscribers. Here is how the top-10 fared on October 10th or 11th, over the previous weekend.
We are enormously privileged to get to vote in the weekly AP top-10 football polls for all 6 classifications of KHSAA football. This article is how we cast our ballot this week. THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL POLL as it will be released to the public this coming Monday afternoon, if tradition holds. We pour over data and statistical information in order to arrive at each team’s poll position. Don’t get too upset with how we vote, it plays itself out on the field anyway. This feature is for the benefit of subscribers only. Membership has its privileges.
We at KPGFootball are, once again, very pleased to represent our readers and subscribers as voting members of the Associated Press here in Kentucky. The following is this week’s top 10 polls in all six Kentucky high school classifications.
