The recent decision in the USDC court case pending in the Middle District of Tennessee has long reaching ramifications. We discuss it in this article as well as take a moment to recognize Fletcher Long on his Citation of Achievement he received from the Kentucky House of Representatives. We are celebrating the end of the football season in Kentucky and this is All-state week for us at KPGFootball. Yesterday, we published our Small School, All-State Offense and today we give you the Defense. This team won’t be perfect, there will be plenty of worthy players left off. We used to say when I was in the law game that nobody knows all the answers but that a wise man knows where the answers may be found. When I need perspective I have a text group I consult. These guys are either already in the KHSAA Hall of Fame or headed there immediately upon becoming eligible. We like the Aces to get back to Lexington this coming season and believe they will escape with the crown. We also believe programs like Beechwood, LCA, and Mayfield will have a bunch to say about it.
