Luke DeMoss is an unsung hero for the North Hopkins defense and one of the reasons the 5A team is 6-0 and contending for a title this season in the KHSAA. Today, his song is being sung. DeMoss is a nose guard who is also a championship caliber powerlifter and title holder from the heavyweight division at the Kentucky High School “Push-Pull (bench/deadlift) Championships.” DeMoss is also an incredibly hard guy to dig out of the A-gap and forces teams to double him up to get him out of there.
