It is that time of year. We will be breaking the Big Ass Fans All-State Football team in segments. Today will be the small school all-state offense, tomorrow will be the defense; then we will follow suit for the large schools (4A, 5A, & 6A) Hold on tight folks, this will probably be a bumpy ride.
Friday Night Fletch
The season is upon us quicker than you would believe. Dead Period is over in two days and there is nothing on the other side of Dead Period apart from Seven’s tournaments, scrimmages, and openers. We are going to put together some preseason all-state groupings. We hope to get to all the position groups, but can’t promise it. Here are the Small School, Preseason, All-State offensive linemen. If there is a “Field Event” likely to build explosion, we are told it is the Shot Put. Well Stanfield is a football player who also throws the Shot an throws it well especially for a ’25 prospect. We believe he is poise to explode onto the defensive scene for his Centurions next Fall and this article is going to explain why we feel this way. Enjoy the feature. HB.
