Makers of the World's Finest Jerky Products

’26 MLB among the best athletes to align at LB anywhere within the commonwealth

Cooper Mobley is a 6’1,” 210-pound grown man playing football at the 2A level in the western end of Kentucky. Mobley is also an accomplished “thrower” on the varsity Track & Field team which says quite a lot about his explosion. Mobley only played in 7-games for Caldwell over the course of his freshman season. He will be one of the defense’s most important fixtures this coming Fall. It will be interesting to see what he does with a full work load.

Ronnie Mingua began experimenting with making beef jerky back in the 1990s. He shared his efforts with neighbors and friends, soon realizing he had come up with something different and superior to all other beef jerkies on the market. From these humble beginnings, Mingua Beef Jerky got its start.

Today, the Mingua Beef Jerky Company still prides itself on using its old-fashioned, all-natural recipes which offer outstanding products to customers across the nation. The recipes are a family tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

Our recipes and our quality ingredients, hand-cut from solid pieces of beef, are never chopped or formed like other brands, making our products superior and one of a kind. That would make our products similar to this week’s Protein-packed Performer, Cooper Mobley from Princeton, Kentucky’s Caldwell County High wouldn’t it?

Mingua’s recipes and ingredients…make its products superior and one of a kind

Mobley only got in seven (7) games over his freshman season. Still, those seven games would see him be hyper-productive.

Mobley would register 33-tackles, a TFL, a QB-sack, and a 96-yard “pick-six.” Mobley would also recover a fumble.

Offensively, though only having a hand full of carries and targets, Mobley still finished fourth (4th) among the ball-club’s offensive scorers. Look for his offensive role to expand quite a bit over his sophomore season as “Iron-Man Football” is the rule, not the exception, at the 2A level.

Mobley has good size for MLB. Mobley is 6’1,” and a svelte 210-pounds.

What kind of an athlete is he you inquire? Well he put the (12-lb.) shot 43 feet, 8-inches over the spring of his freshman year. Mobley threw the discus 134-feet.

Here something even scarier, the 210-pound linebacker is sufficiently fast to double at SS and had a 96-yard, pick-six a season ago, saying quite a lot about his speed. We believe Mobley will morph into a 230-or-so-pound MLB and play there in college.

We have awarded this to Cooper Mobley as we can’t fathom how any one student athlete could have taken the skills the Good Lord gave him and done anymore with it to advance the team’s aspirations. On this basis, Mingua Beef Jerky and we decided this talented and accomplished ’26 MLB could use a bolt of protein and a sweet T-shirt. The company volunteered to send that to him, straight away.

Join us next week as we return to honor another weekly prize winner. Until then, pop some Mingua Beef Jerky in your mouth and savor the quality and flavor which sets it apart from all the competition. Remember, our product is superior and one of a kind; just like Princeton, Kentucky’s Cooper Mobley.
