Keshaun Tipton looks to take the next step in his high school progression for his program @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @bigassfans, @LasatersCoffee, @FC_FALCONS_FB

We are always looking for the next big thing on any high school’s roster. It is no secret the Falcons will have to replace a pair of all-timers and all-staters in Perryman and Dixon. From where will the “next wave” of production come? Well, we have studied the situation and would be very surprised if Mr. Keshaun Tipton didn’t take a huge step forward in his sophomore season. What he did as a freshman is cause for optimism we would submit. Congratulations to Keshaun Tipton for being our ‘Wake Up and Smell the Coffee (or Tea)’ Player of the Week from Lasaters Coffee & Tea where you are more than served, you are loved!

Stephan Lovan brings something to the table programs desperately need, particularly programs competing at the 6A classification. Lovan has a big body and a very versatile skill set with a variety of talents which lend itself well to playing in multiple phases of a football game. Lovan was among the offensive and defensive leaders for the former Christian County Colonels this past Fall and is set to lead the newly configured, conglomerate High School. Lovan’s multi-faceted, athletic tool belt and large, sturdy frame makes him more, not less, recruitable to colleges around the commonwealth. Enjoy this feature brought to you by our friends and neighbors at Lasaters Coffee & Tea where you aren’t just served, you are loved!

I once heard having an accomplished place kicker in the fold likened to finding a $20.00 bill in your dry cleaning. You may not know you even need $20.00 but it comes in handy when you are both hungry and thirsty and you find what you need just sitting in your pocket. Jayleigh Campbell is not just an accomplished placekicker who converted just over 81% of her PATs (9 for 11) but she is a a junior who should compete for the job at the newly consolidated high school. It must be something to realize your kicking game is so competently handled and looks to remain so for the foreseeable future. Congratulations to Jayleigh Campbell for being our ‘Wake Up and Smell the Coffee (or Tea)’ Player of the Week from Lasaters Coffee & Tea where you are more than served, you are loved!

You may not know you even need $20.00 but it comes in handy when you are both hungry and thirsty and you find what you need just sitting in your pocket. Jayden Couch is not just an accomplished placekicker who converted just under 80% of his PATs and was 100% on FGs but he is a freshman to boot. It must be something to realize your kicking game is so competently handled and looks to remain so for the foreseeable future. Haden Wise brings something to the table programs desperately need, particularly programs competing at the 2A classification. Haden Wise has a very versatile skill set with a variety of talents which lend itself well to playing multiple sports. Wise was among the defensive leaders for the Falcons football team this past Fall and is set to man the hot corner (3rd base) and play hind-catcher when baseball gets here this Spring. Both 3rd base and catcher employ skills which lend naturally (and specifically) to playing football. Wise’s multi-faceted, athletic tool belt makes him more, not less, recruitable to colleges around the commonwealth. Enjoy this feature.

Dixon, Perryman from Fort Campbell and Jackson, ‘Tank’ Johnson from Hopkinsville High all make the All-State football team… @khsaafootball, @KyHighFootball, @bigassfans

We have been going around and congratulating some of our advertisers who helped promote some of these kids right on the small or large school all-state football team. Yesterday, we congratulated some kids who made both the Bank of Cadiz award list and one of the two teams and today we do similarly for Lasaters Coffee. The truth is we have some wonderful sponsors among our family of advertisers and many of these companies know a quality player who seeing one. We are very pleased to welcome Lasaters Coffee & Tea to our growing family of advertisers. The Kelley family has a very long history in the local football industry and several of the Kelleys have had their numbers retired owing to their familial history of playing excellence. Football has been very good to their family and they look for ways to give back to this very special community. Lasaters is a place one goes to get caffeinated and motivated and couldn’t we all use a bit more of that invigoration in our daily routines. Get by one (1) of our four (4) Christian County, Kentucky locations and enjoy the roasted flavor of a hot cup of warmth and love.
