If there is a matter on which we would readily wager it is whether or not Bryson Ford will be a superstar at the HS level. Ford rendered an all-state, caliber performance over his freshman season playing on a roster in its last year of existence for a high school which is being closed at year’s end and subsumed into a conglomerate high school which figures to have the largest enrollment in KY among public high schools. Ford led the team in tackles as a freshman and was among the leaders in TFLs. That TFLs stat is impressive as getting freshman to play “down hill” is no easy tack.
