Layton Davis has been cleared for play for the Blue Tornado this coming Fall. Paducah Tilghman already has plenty of weapons returning from its championship game run in ’21. His addition puts the Blue Tornados in an entirely different conversation in our very humble opinion. Enjoy the feature. HB.
Here is our best guess at the five best teams heading into the ’22 season in the 3A classification. We were right on the money a year ago picking Belfry to win and Paducah to make the final game. Man, did we look stupid at the mid-way point and genius at the end. Hopefully, we will once again demonstrate our superior knowledge and work ethic. Enjoy. HB.

There were a plethora of candidates for this week’s award and many of them had just won championships. This award is going to a player who just missed out on winning a championship though not because of anything he either did or didn’t do. This guy performed brilliantly in multiple phases of the game and stood out for a team which came one possession away from perhaps pulling it out.
